PRICES...... Taxidermists routinely divide fish into categories for pricing purposes. Warmwater fish are those like bass and walleye. Trout and salmon are coldwater fish. They, along with saltwater species require extra degreasing steps. Large trout and salmon are provided with artificial heads. They look better, won't shrink or bleed oil . Some saltwater fish can be skin mounted. These include small, scaled reef fishes like triggers, snapper, and grouper.

REPLICAS.....We take the greatest pride in our fish replicas. Do not mistake these meticulously and individually hand-crafted works of art with cheap, plastic looking junk you can get for $8 per inch. Take a close look and compare.  I work in conjunction with only the finest, top -end, American molders to first obtain a "blank" which I finish and paint to match YOUR trophy from YOUR picture.  Scale detail is defined, fins thin and translucent, mouth and gill structure is replicated.Markings are painstakingly airbrushed, and individual scales are individually hand-tipped in metallics and shimmers when appropriate. I have access to a brand new line of exquisite, German optical glass eyes prepped by American army wives in Germany and colored  by me. These can usually be incorporated to give a never-before seen realism to this very important focal point of any mount. These are, without exception, some of the finest replicas available.

RUSH SERVICE.....  I prefer to do fish in the order I receive them. This is only fair.  However, if you must have it quicker, I can do this for an extra charge of 20% of the original fish cost.

Believe it or not, I can do skin fish mounts  of YOUR fish no matter where you live in the U.S. Frozen fish can be boxed and sent inexpensively by UPS, second day air or ground. Lay fins flat against your fish, wrap in a wet towel, and freeze inside a plastic bag. Some folks use a cheap styrofoam cooler and frozen lunchbox packs for packing. Insulate well. Ship on Mondays or Tuesdays only, with all contact information and 50% deposit in a waterproof envelope.  This really works! Don't send your trophy to Billy Bob's or Bubba Joe's just because they are nearby. Have your mounts and catch & release fish replicas done by an expert and done right!

CARVINGS.....  We will do custom fish carvings of most gamefish. These vary in price depending on size and complexity. A typical, 14 inch trout or bass carving will run about $250-$300. Price includes artistic base with or without vegetation and bottom structure. The finest gift for any angler!

PAINTINGS....  Original watercolor or acrylics based on your ideas can be commissioned for as little as $200. Show us a photo of something near what you like, or just a rough sketch. Satisfaction guaranteed.

NOVELTIES....  Ever seen a Jackalope? Well, we do Bassalopes, Rhino bass, Plesiosaurs, and large dinosaur wall mounts. Have a Triceratops on your wall for about $125. Got any stranger ideas, like fish with eyes that light up at night or make disturbing noises? Just ask! We'll try to make it. We will also mount your snake, turtle, or other reptile. Many replicas are available for reptiles and amphibians as well. Added to a habitat scene, your mounted fish becomes a true work of art!

DEALS....I do offer deals. On certain saltwater fish mounts, I can often get down to $9.OO per inch. If   you need more than three fish reproductions or mounted fish, I will provide a 10% discount. Refer a friend and collect a discount as well. Bartering? I am open to suggestions, particulary if they involve a hunt or fishing trip!

 REPAIRS AND RESTORATIONS.....Bring me your broken, faded, or just plain messed- up fish mounts and I can provide you with an extreme makeover, or simply replace a broken fin.
